Such a fun and scarce find is this lively Bakelite two piece set comprising a bangle and matching ring, circa 1940s.

The Art Deco era demi parure consists of a ‘Mississippi Mud’ colored Bakelite featuring a golden mustard yellow with maple brown marbling.   The bracelet measures approximately 7/8 of an inch wide and has a diameter of 2&1/2 inches to fit an approximate wrist size of 6&1/2 to 7.

While the matching ring measures a size 6&1/2 on my ring mandrel. The set in its entirety weighs a total of 40.6 grams.
